5 Easy Ginger Mocktails You Can Make at Home
A Bangkok Mule, a lemongrass cooler, a tamarind spritz and more: five zero-proof ginger drinks, no shaker needed.
Five easy, zero-proof drinks that make the most of GingerBros. Nothing here needs a shaker or bar skills: a glass, ice and a spoon will do.
1. Bangkok Mule (no vodka)
- 200ml Ginger Fizz
- Juice of half a lime
- A few mint leaves
- Lots of ice
Bruise the mint in the glass, add ice and lime, top with Fizz. Serve in a copper mug if you have one.
2. Lemongrass Cooler
- 150ml Ginger Tea, chilled
- 100ml soda water
- 1 bruised lemongrass stalk to stir
Build over ice. Light, aromatic, endlessly drinkable.
3. Ginger Tamarind Spritz
- 1 tbsp tamarind concentrate, loosened with a little water
- 200ml Ginger Fizz
- A pinch of salt and a lime wedge
Stir the tamarind and salt over ice, top with Fizz. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy: very Thai.
4. Thai Tea Kick
- 150ml strong Thai iced tea (no milk)
- 100ml Ginger Fizz
Pour the tea over ice, float the Fizz on top. Earthy, spicy and sparkling at once.
5. Warm Ginger Toddy (no booze)
- 200ml Ginger Tea, warmed
- 1 tsp honey
- A cinnamon stick and a slice of lime
Stir until the honey melts. For rainy nights.
Bonus: make a pitcher
Scale any of these up by the bottle: a 6-pack of Fizz or Tea makes a big jug for a party, and multi-buy deals apply automatically.
Taste the difference
Fresh Thai ginger, real lime, low sugar. Grab a bottle and try it for yourself.
